(ICON) Safety: Once everyone involved in the incident is safe, it's time to make your claim with us.
Step 1: Make sure you have all relevant information i.e Policy Number, Incident Report together to submit your claim
(ICON) Details: If you can, take all the relevant information regarding the incident. Note all the details of the vehicles involved, drivers, passengers, property and any witnesses.

(ICON) Photos: If you are able to, providing photos of the scene plus any damages to the vehicles involved would really help.
(ICON) Crime Reference Number: If your car is stolen, vandalised or broken into, please ask the police for this as we will ask you to provide this when you make a claim.
